Reconnect. Heal. Thrive.

Have you ever felt like everyone else comes first?

Maybe you’re the one holding the family together, managing the logistics, caring for aging parents, supporting a partner through illness, raising children, or quietly carrying burdens that no one else sees. From the outside, it may look like you’re managing just fine. Inside, you may feel exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are beyond taking care of everyone else.

I work with adults, couples, and families who are navigating life’s most difficult transitions. Many of my clients are struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, addiction and recovery, caregiving stress, grief, or the lasting impact of difficult family dynamics. Others are simply feeling stuck and longing for a deeper connection to themselves and the people they love.

As a therapist, I believe healing happens in relationships. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen the relationships that matter most, and help you move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

My approach.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in attachment theory and family systems perspectives. I believe that our relationships—both past and present—shape how we experience connection, conflict, vulnerability, and emotional safety. Drawing primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help clients identify the underlying patterns that keep them stuck and create new experiences of connection, trust, and security.

I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, creating a warm and supportive space where growth, healing, and meaningful connection can occur.

My background.

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a lifetime of experience in business, caregiving, recovery, and supporting others through life’s most challenging transitions. Before entering the mental health field, I spent many years building businesses, raising a family, and navigating the complexities of relationships, illness, loss, and resilience.

I completed my clinical training at Weber Community Center, where I provided therapy to clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, family conflict, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. This experience strengthened my belief that meaningful change happens when people feel seen, supported, and understood within the context of their relationships and communities.

About me.

I’m a therapist, wife, mom of two teenagers, caregiver, and a firm believer in the power of resilience. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by real-life experiences that taught me the value of connection, compassion, and asking for support when we need it.

I bring warmth, authenticity, and a sense of humor to my work, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hiking, baking something I probably don’t need to eat, reading, planning my next adventure, or attempting to convince my family that my vacation itineraries are fun and not a second job.
