Reconnect. Heal. Thrive.
Relationships are some of the most powerful forces in our lives. They shape our sense of self and have the greatest impact on our overall well-being. However, sometimes we find ourselves in patterns of disconnection, conflict, or emotional distance, which can feel overwhelming and isolating.
I’m here to help you understand and transform those patterns.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the principles of Attachment Theory, we’ll go beyond the surface to uncover the emotions that are driving your interactions.
I also incorporate mindfulness practices to help you slow down and gain greater awareness and understanding of your inner experience.
My approach.
Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, therapy is a space to become more grounded, self-aware, and connected. Together, we’ll work to bring unconscious patterns to light, explore unmet emotional needs, and cultivate new ways of relating that foster deeper connection and fulfillment.
My approach is warm, engaged, and collaborative. I’m here to support you in stepping into your truth, building emotional awareness, and creating the kind of nourishing relationships—and life—you truly desire.
It’s time to experience the joy and fulfillment that comes with increased self-love and meaningful connection.

My background.
My background as a trained birth doula, supporting families through both home and hospital births, greatly influenced my desire to become a therapist. I’m grateful to have been able to offer a calm, supportive, and reassuring presence to individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments—an approach I now carry into my therapy practice. I’m passionate about childbirth empowerment, postpartum health, attachment parenting, and helping people navigate life’s most meaningful transitions.
I received my BA from UC Berkeley, and my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. I received clinical training from the esteemed Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills.
About me.
I’m a relationship-oriented person and I find deep fulfillment in my connections with others—whether it’s my family, friends, colleagues, or clients.
When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time outdoors – cheering for my kids at their sports games, biking around Cape Cod in the summertime, and throwing a ball around with my dog. I also love to dance, see live music, and play backgammon.
