Life can be overwhelming

And you shouldn’t have to face it alone. You deserve to feel seen, heard, and understood in all of the challenges you are facing.

Sometimes we need guidance in developing healthy relationships because they weren’t modeled for us growing up. But the good news is, your past does not have to dictate our future.

If it feels hard to reach out for support, be gentle with yourself, as it can take time to learn it is safe to ask for her help.

There is hope for your future

Therapy can be a safe landing place to process buried and unresolved parts of your story. As a guide, I am here to support you on that journey with non-judgment and safety.

In our work together, I will help make the unconscious, conscious. Whether you are coming to therapy as an individual, or as a couple, my goal is to help you learn more about yourself. Through a practice based on warmth and compassion, I am here to remind you that you are still the author of your own story.

My approach

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT131627) under the supervision of Annabelle Safinia (LMFT87214). My work is grounded in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), humanistic and feminist theories, and emphasizing the therapeutic relationship to promote healing and change.

I love working with folks of all sexualities and genders, and I have experience with helping individuals and couples navigate ethical non-monogamy, kink, and BDSM. Talking about sex in therapy may bring up overwhelming feelings, and my aim is to make those conversations as easeful as possible.

My background and experience

I received my Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch, University, Los Angeles. I have completed the Level 2 training in expressive arts therapy with the Tamalpa Institute . Additionally, I have completed a 200-hour Yoga teacher training certificate and am currently enrolled in the Emotionally-Focused Therapy training.

About me.

I am a first-generation Los Angeles native who was raised by a family from Ukraine. As a daughter of immigrants, I understand the unique challenges of assimilation, identity, and belonging. I grew up dancing and have been a lifetime lover of the performing arts. I have also been practicing yoga for over a decade and find creative ways to weave these practices into my therapeutic approach.

I have a passion for the outdoors, hiking, and camping, and utilize elements of nature and art to help folks feel more connection in the world. Additionally, I am a psychedelic-affirmative therapist and can provide integration work. When I’m not working, you will find me spending time with my dog Booba, going on adventures with family and friends, and traveling to nature for weekend trips.
