My approach
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist under Annabelle’s supervision, I use elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and a psychodynamic approach to help you move forward.
Together, we’ll help you become aware of how past experiences and unconscious habits impact the quality of your relationships.
I also incorporate elements of mindfulness to help you slow down and notice what’s happening from moment to moment so that you can have more control over your reactions.

My background.
I received my Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles.
I received clinical training from the esteemed Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills and I am also a trained birth doula with Dona International.
